Customer ServiceUnlimited FREE telephone and Email "pre-sales" support is offered to all prospective purchasers of our POS programs. Support is continued for 30 days after purchase completion. Ongoing software support for our programs is available on an annual prepaid basis at a rate of $250 per store or $50 per incident if an annual agreement is not active or has expired.

Special Support ProgramsWe offer twelve (12) month software support agreements for Multi-User, Single-User and Enterprise versions of our POS programs. This support fee is due on the first day of the month following the anniversary month of your purchase. Fee includes all program upgrades released during the support contract period.Please use the links on the left column to purchase support options.![]() Incidence support is available for customers without an active support agreement or for non business hours emergency support. Charge is for each 1/2 hour or portion thereof and is a prepaid service. This service can also be used to purchase remote hardware support from WorkPlace Software. You may want to check your "Online User Guide" on the program's toolbar to see if a solution is available for your issue before using this option.
